1. Customer Responsibility

You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when placing an order. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract with JacketNova. It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details (such as size, color, and address) are correct before completing the checkout process.

2. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact our support team at Sales@jacketnova.com
 Orders are only processed through our official website; we do not accept phone or offline orders.

3. Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Square. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Taxes (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways; JacketNova never stores payment details without your consent.

5. Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia for orders above $149.00. For other countries, shipping charges will apply and be displayed at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to all customer-initiated cancellations. Cancellations after 24 hours will result in a 50% deduction from the total order value. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in unused and undamaged condition. Production charges are non-refundable. Exchange processing time: 10–15 business days. Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product and may take 15–20 business days to process.
