Return & Exchange Policy – JacketNova
At JacketNova, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we’re confident you’ll love our premium-quality jackets, we understand that sometimes an order may not work out exactly as expected. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we’ve created the following Return & Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Size Issues
We know sizing can sometimes be tricky. If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within the 30-day window.
If the size delivered matches our official size chart and the issue was due to customer selection, we are happy to process an exchange, but a 50% fee of the product’s cost will apply.
If JacketNova shipped the wrong size or an incorrect item, we take full responsibility and will cover the cost of the exchange.
Shipping Costs
Initial shipping from JacketNova to you is free (where applicable). However, customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
If you request a refund, actual shipping charges incurred by JacketNova will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customized Orders
Custom jackets are designed specifically to your preferences, which means they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order, as these products are made exclusively for you.
Additionally, any items with removed or missing tags will not qualify for return or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The amount should reflect in your account within 5–14 banking days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method. In some cases, we may provide the refund as store credit instead of cash value.
Additional Terms
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the customer simply changes their mind after receiving the order.
Incorrect or defective items must be reported within 2 working days to be eligible for a resolution.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are only applicable for non-customized items.
